As a Quality Control Inspector at Ancla Plumbing, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our plumbing installations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll work closely with project managers, provide support and training to our plumbing technicians, and help drive process improvements across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement quality control standards in line with project requirements.
- Inspect plumbing workmanship, materials, and installations to ensure adherence to Ancla Plumbing's standards.
- Offer ongoing training and support to reinforce quality principles and best practices.
- Equip team members with the skills to identify and address quality issues proactively.
- Report any major issues to project managers without delay.
- Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing installations, components, and materials.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to plumbing technicians to enhance their skills.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
- Use QC forms to document inspection results, including detailed notes and photographs.
- Ensure all phases of plumbing projects are inspected on time and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with the project team to review plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings to discuss quality expectations and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the plumbing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and documentation processes.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in plumbing or quality control is a plus.
Compensation:
- Full Time
- Competitive salary at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
