As a Customer Service Representative at Ancla Plumbing, you will be responsible for coordinating service calls, maintaining communication with builder representatives, and ensuring all service requests are handled efficiently. You will work closely with the service team and customer service manager to guarantee that every service meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Work:

  • Maintain strong communication with builder customer service representatives to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Work closely with service techs and the service manager to keep everyone informed.
  • Provide detailed and accurate service tickets for the tech team.

Tactical Work:

  • Create and organize service tickets for every service request.
  • Label and categorize service tickets for billable and non-billable services.
  • Verify that the close of escrow date is within 1 year for warranty calls.
  • Confirm that the house was serviced by our team before scheduling it under warranty.
  • Proactively communicate with builder representatives to resolve any issues.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Close out and invoice service tickets once the job is complete.
  • Ensure that all service requests are scheduled within 24 hours of receiving notification.
  • Close out service tickets by the end of the week in which the service was performed.

Compensation:

  • Full Time
  • Competitive salary based on performance (Top Performers can make up to $194,000 per year).
