As an Assistant Plumbing Superintendent  at Ancla Plumbing, you will assist Project Managers in ensuring timely completion of projects and upholding the company's high-quality standards. You will manage tasks, maintain safety protocols on-site, and ensure compliance with installation standards, all while closely supporting the Project Manager to drive the team's success.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Work:

  • Ensure you have all required PPE to follow Safe Job Conduct on job sites.
  • Assess job sites for potential safety hazards and report concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Review project starts and selected options to identify installation requirements.
  • Manage tasks assigned by the Project Managers and maintain truck stock to ensure materials are always available.

Tactical Work:

  • Clock in and out of every job, leaving detailed notes.
  • Report to Project Managers daily with updates on completed work and reasons for any incomplete tasks.
  • Ensure all work complies with Ancla Plumbing installation standards.
  • Assist Project Managers with layout repairs, clean up, and maintaining safe working conditions.
  • Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures when water is turned off in homes.

Position Specific Standards:

  • Complete tasks with detailed notes and report uncompleted work to the PM.
  • Maintain inventory in the truck.
  • Take photos of damaged plumbing and repairs, attaching them to the job file.
